Shoot us an email at saskpits22@hotmail.com or through the website here. Don’t forget to check your junk after for a reply in case! Let us know the drop off date needed, the pick up date, and send a copy of the vaccination records.

Arrival

We are open for pickups and dropoffs from 12 noon to 7 pm.

We *require*a heads up by text or email when you leave with a rough ETA so our staff have time to prepare for your arrival, and no dogs are loose and in danger of being hit by incoming traffic.

Please don’t text us the day before with a time, plans change constantly and we would rather just know “hey we are on the way, eta 45 mins”.

Please do not drive on our grass anywhere in the yard as this causes great damage to our property, and please ensure your dog is leashed when you arrive.

Please also enter the yard at a safe and courteous speed.

Please *only* bring food (with the appropriate measuring cup for feeding as everyone’s differs), leash and collar, and any medications (all in a mouse proof container if possible) no extras :). There will be some paperwork when you arrive. Please ensure that you or whoever you are sending has all necessary information to fill this out.

We have a pin on Google maps flatlands kennels north of Maidstone for our location.

Please pull in up to the kennel building following the curve of the grass - NOT in front of our home/house/trailer/dog yard. The kennel is the white building on the right (east) side of the yard.

Please note that we remain on ALBERTA TIME/Mountain Standard Time YEAR ROUND.

Pickup

If you are running late or need to change your pick up date? No problem! Shoot us a text or email and let us know!

Payment is due prior to picking your dog up :). The morning of your pick up you will be emailed or texted an invoice. Please advise us on how you want to pay and ensure that it is paid PRIOR to pickup! Have proof of payment ready to show staff when you arrive. E transfer can be made to saskpits22@hotmail.com or cash upon pickup.
